Personal data use agreement

 

1. General dispositions

1.1. These Regulations are an official document of the Site Administration, on which it is posted and determines the procedure for processing and protecting information about persons using the services of the Internet site (hereinafter referred to as the Site) and its services (hereinafter referred to as Users).

1.2. Relations related to the collection, storage, distribution and protection of information about site users are regulated by these regulations, other official documents of the site administration and the current legislation of Moldova.

1.3. By registering, sending messages, applications, other messages using the means and forms of communication on the Site, the User agrees to the terms of the Regulations. If the User does not agree to the terms of the Regulations, the use of the Site and its services must be terminated immediately. The User is responsible for this.

1.4. The site administration does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) about users, except in cases where such verification is necessary to fulfill the site administration’s obligations to the user.

2. Conditions and purposes of processing personal data

2.1. Under current legislation, no separate consent of the user is required for the processing of his/her personal data. The site administration has the right to process personal data without notifying the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects.

2.2. The purposes of processing personal data include: receiving information, submissions, documents and materials by the User, processing the User’s orders and consulting the User’s support.

3. Procedure for implementing and amending the Regulation

3.1. The regulation enters into force from the moment it is posted on the website and is valid indefinitely, until replaced by a new regulation.

3.2. The current version of the regulation, which is a public document, is available to any Internet user.

3.3. The site administration has the right to change the rules. When changes are made to the rules, it notifies users about this by posting a new version on the site at the permanent address. In this case, previous editions of the rules become invalid.

4. Purposes of information processing

4.1. The Site Administration processes information about Users, including their personal data, to fulfill the obligations between the Site Administration and the User in providing information about the activities and operation of the Site.

5. Composition of personal data

5.1. Personal data is provided by the user voluntarily, means consent to their processing by the Site Administration and includes:

5.1.1. the minimum data necessary for communication provided by Users: name, telephone number and/or e-mail address. Other data (including gender, age, date of birth, address, etc.) are provided by the User upon request and, if necessary, of these data to communicate with the User and take measures related to the provision of services to the User.

5.2. Other information about Users processed by the Site Administration.

The site administration also processes other information about users, which includes:

5.2.1. standard data automatically received by the server when accessing the Site and subsequent actions of the User (host IP address, user operating system type, Site pages visited by the user).

5.2.2. information obtained automatically when accessing the Site using bookmarks (cookies).

5.2.3. information obtained as a result of the User’s actions on the Site.

5.2.4. information obtained as a result of the actions of other users on the Site.

5.2.5. the information necessary to identify the User to access the site’s services.

6. Processing of user information

6.1. The processing of personal data is carried out based on the following principles:

– the legality of the purposes and methods of processing personal data;

– conscientiousness;

– compliance with the purposes of processing personal data with the pre-established and declared purposes when collecting personal data, as well as the powers of the Site Administration;

– correspondence with the volume and nature of the personal data processed, the methods of processing personal data for the purpose of processing personal data;

6.2. Collection of personal data.

6.2.1. The collection of the User’s personal data is carried out on the Site when they are entered by the User on his own initiative when contacting the Site Administration or the Site, in accordance with the User’s settings.

6.2.2. The name, email address and/or phone number are provided by the User for feedback and are not required for standard work on the Site.

6.2.3. The remaining personal data is provided by the User on his/her own initiative using the relevant sections and resources of the Site.

6.3. Storage and use of personal data

6.3.1. Users’ personal data are stored exclusively on electronic media and processed using automated systems, except in cases where manual processing of personal data is necessary in connection with the fulfillment of legal requirements.

6.4. Transfer of personal data

6.4.1. Users’ personal data are not transferred to any person, except as expressly provided for in these regulations.

6.4.2. Provision of Users’ personal data at the request of state bodies (local authorities) is carried out in the manner prescribed by law.

6.5. Destruction of personal data

6.5.1. The user’s personal data is destroyed upon the user’s written request. The request must contain identification data that directly indicates the ownership of the information by this user.

7. User information protection measures.

7.1. The Site Administration takes technical, organizational and legal measures to ensure the protection of the User’s personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other illegal actions.

8. Limiting rules.

8.1. These Rules do not apply to the actions and Internet resources of third parties.

8.2. The Site Administration is not responsible for the actions of third parties who, as a result of using the Internet or the Site Services, have access to information about the User and for the consequences of using information that, due to the nature of the Site, is available to any Internet user.

8.3. The site administration recommends that users take a responsible approach to addressing the issue of the amount of information about themselves transmitted from the site.
